Not exactly knowing what I wanting terms of colour,, I was open to something different, however, afterwards, I really wasn’t happy with the result. I voiced my disappointment and Sarah gave me a couple of options in terms of additional tinting. Just 20 minutes later, the problem was fixed and I walked out with a colour I absolutely loved.
Toni and Guy Bulimba have done my hair on and off for years and the staff really want you to be happy with your colour, cut and whole experience. I appreciate their willingness to change direction and I know customer satisfaction is a high priority for them.
