Went in to have roots done walked out with completely different colour. I like my hair creamy blonde, now it’s very dark brown red roots and the rest of the hair is some other colour. When it was first washed off the hair was red, I said you have to change it. It wasn’t really blowed dried, more dried off. I’m going away on a holiday with different colour hair! Because says it was her fault, but I was still charged.
