-wasn't informed that my usual hair colourist would not be present... so arrived to some random new person who then ended up making my hair too light in colour.
-in fact pretty much every time I go in there are new people on loan from bondi junction which is offputting
-and some lady who continuously checked herself in the mirror while doing little else except observe others working..
Tell me again why I paid over 300 dollars?
I'm seriously tired of paying so much and receiving so little. Time to seriously investigate other options.
