Not worth a “Toni & Guy” Salon

A bit disappointed with the way the communication went with the hairstylist today as I was pretty clear about what kind of fringe i wanted & also showed him the pictures! It was for my birthday which is the day after & I was excited! After he cut the fringe:
1. Didn’t feel like a “fringe “ or “bangs” coz it wasn’t falling on my forehead at all- which were the kind of pictures i showed him.
2. He failed to understand a customer’s requirement which is the most important thing for a professional hairstylist to start with or else you know you are gona mess it up completely which is what exactly happened with me!
3. Despite of the conversation, he wasn’t understanding & finally i got frustrated coz obviously I am paying them heaps for the besr treatment i can get & for the best service i can be provided. Finally the hair colour stylist jumped in which was helpful to finally shape my fringe the way i wanted after a 15 min conversation! He did understand what I wanted for the job he wasn’t supposed to do on me! Thanks Albert !
4. The entire experience made my mood go sad ☹️ & I wasn’t even interested in taking a picture of me for my special birthday hair !!

This saloon definitely does not meet Toni & Guys haircut stylist requirement! Definitely needs more training on how to talk. Exceptionally happy with Albert!!!
Ps- this wasn’t a complaint against anyone but this branch of Chatswood I don’t think i would be looking forward to visit! The entire experience of a haircut is supposed to make u rejuvenate, refresh & make you happy which I struggled to feel it ! They somehow finally fixed my hair the way i wanted staying back for me till 9 pm despite them getting shut down at 8:30 pm. Thank you both of you for staying back for me!
Although, Paying 330 bucks n being unhappy is not what i wanted! The blowdry- 70 bucks didn’t have any curls coz they were already struggling with time!
