I booked in on the day, requested a shopper docket deal, very obliging on the phone. When I arrived I didn’t even have to wait after checking in on QR Code. I added eyelash tint to my package deal, the beautician was very gentle and efficient. I was then taken back to the hair salon, straight to hair wash bay by another friendly young lady who gave me a great head massage too. The salon manager was very patient, did a great cut for me ( very thick hair). The only improvement that could be made is when washing your hair, most hairdressers don’t wash the back of the hair at the nape of the neck. Other than that, 10/10.
