We completely understand how you might have expected to notice some immediate “activity” in the skin. Interestingly, with IPL treatments, visible side effects like redness or flaking don’t happen for everyone, and their absence doesn’t indicate that the treatment hasn’t been effective. In fact, many clients experience very minimal downtime while the light energy is still actively working beneath the skin. Every client responds differently even from treatment to treatment. So please dont worry that you got a "response " in your consultation V's 1st treatment. This is completely normal.
Clinical studies and manufacturer data show that Lumecca IPL is 65% more powerful than other IPLs on the market and the skin can begin improving pigmentation and skin clarity within 1–2 weeks, with optimal results typically achieved after a course of treatments (usually 3–4 sessions, spaced a few weeks apart). Pigmented areas may gradually darken before fading, while overall tone and brightness continue to improve over time. We would love the chance to show you results in time.
That said, every skin type responds differently, and your experience is important to us. We would genuinely love the opportunity to check in with you, answer any questions, and ensure your treatment plan is tailored to give you the best possible outcome.
