I have been a very loyal customer to Zeba since deciding to go blonde almost two years ago, they were the only hairstylists I trusted with my colour. During the summer all my hair touch ups were wonderful experiences and I was happy to pay the high prices Zeba offers. However, my last colour touch up in September was awful, the stylist was extremely invasive when asking about if I could afford to maintain blonde hair, what industry I worked in, she even got other stylists to come over and feel my hair and laughed with them about what a job she had cut out for her. It was humiliating. She was eager to have me rebook with her for my halfway point but no way, to give her credit, the result was wonderful but the service was not. I switched hair salons but decided to give zeba a second shot with a hair treatment, I booked and paid a deposit. I got a call a day later asking for me to pay then for a blow dry finish and if I couldn't then I had to cancel the appointment- and get no deposit return. The lady on the phone provided no alternatives even when I asked was there any way to just get the treatment since I prepaid for it. So I was offered no service, forced to cancel and lost my deposit. Save your money.
