Love this place nice atmosphere and staff are lovely

From the moment you enter the Salon, the pampering experience is just wonderful. It is obvious that the staff are highly trained, and like + respect their Employer (who leads from the front). Then there is Soffia - she is a highly skilled stylist, gives 100% to her job, and is brilliant with her Clients without exception (from my observation). She is such a joy to encounter, and I feel very confidant that my hair will turn out beautiful in her skilled hands. 😍

Sofia is amazing- I never know what I want and she always helps clarify what might work. Easy to trust Sofia as she is so knowledgeable. Always enjoy my visits

I got my colour done, I explained what I wanted, she done what looked what I wanted but didn't bring h/l or low/l straight down as I wanted contrast and cleaner ends, the root tap and gloss was left on too long as I explained in consultation that tint lifts my hair to a warm tone and overall not what I wanted and will have to pay again to get it fixed somewhere else

Happy with my hair colour but very rushed my treatment was only on for 2 minutes which seems very quick for something I paid extra for and my blowdry was done in less than 10 minutes I felt it was blasted off and dried in 2 sections also straightner wasn’t used so my hair was still damp leaving and frizzy as soon as I walked out the door

I’m a brunette, looking for a dark brown tone with highlights. I got ginger-copper with highlights way too bright for my skin colour and I had specifically told her that my hair lifts red and that I did NOT want this under any circumstances. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she told me she would replicate this precisely.
The result could not be more far off and it looks horrible!! Even my family says so. We discussed this right away and she told me if I still didn’t like it she would change it for me on Tuesday. I didn’t want to be rude especially in the salon, also still a bit shell shocked, but now at home I realising I have to go to work like this and might not be able come in on Tuesday, also not wanting her near my hair again. I’m soo so disappointed! You might expect that from a trainee but not a’colour specialist’. Horrendous.
