I originally booked with Claudia. Joanne rang me and advised Claudia was on sick leave and that she could change me to Anita for an appointment at the same time which was the time that suited me best. I did not realise until I went to the reception desk to pay that there would be a €20 increase cost in my haircut which resulted in me paying €68 instead of €48. This wasn’t communicated to me by Joanne on the phone in advance. I did raise with Joanne at the desk but I was told I would have to pay the €68.

I was very happy with my haircut and service from Anita but disappointed with the increase of cost due to me being asked to change the appointment. It cast a shadow on my visit to the salon today.

We would like to sincerely apologise to you.
This was an oversight on our behalf, our priority was that you were booked in to have an appointment to have your hair done. We should have explained that when moving to another stylist, we do have a different tiered pricing structure. We wish to refund you €20 plus another €10 for any inconvenience caused and we will now add this to your account. We will also follow this up with our Front of House to clarify this with you. Once again thank you very much for your business, we appreciate you as a guest. We sincerely apologise once again for any inconvenience caused.
