Apart from the receptionist who was lovely, we found our experience with ‘Julie Drew’ and staff most unpleasant, we were made to feel very uncomfortable just trying to book in. Cash onl under £27 so I offered to pay £27 on card despite less, JD was grumpy unapproachable and basically very rude, no customer service at all, what a shame she is so unhappy in her business.
