I booked in for a plat/ bun hair up for an event I had that evening, only to be told when I arrived that the stylist only had 20 minutes to do my hair.
I explained explicitly on the telephone what I wanted to achieve but they thought I was there for just a braid.
I was offered a cup of tea, which the lady on reception forgot about (not a bid deal but it’s doesn’t give a good impression!).
The girl who I had styling my hair, bless her, she did her best but it was clear that she was pretty clueless when it came to her ups.
She blagged her way through and the end product was something my 13-year-old niece could have produced to be honest.
I was there over an hour as she kept having to undo all the plats and then start again.
The hair ended up costing £47! I fee ripped off to be honest and won’t be returning.
I would not recommend this salon.
