Although I did all of the chemical patch tests for a lash lift and had no reactions I experienced pain from the perming solution being applied . This was because the eye shield had not been applied correctly and the chemical had seeped through on to my upper eyelids . My eyelids were red and swollen and after a few days this turned into scabbing which was the result of a burn. Although I phoned to explain the trauma to my skin I was not offered a refund . Some lashes were also too curly Indicating the perm solution was left on too long
