I cannot recommend the The Spa in Lancing highly enough. I went in for the first time with back and neck issues. I got an appointment to suit me within 48 hours, I was saw by a highly experienced member of staff (Maggie) who listened to everything I said and explained everything she was doing as the treatment progressed. I came out feeling better, and also prepared to go back for more. Thank you very much.
