Firstly I'd like to say I'm very happy with my haircut. Sinead did an excellent job and Molly did a lovely shampoo and I was happy for her to work on her blow drying technique on my hair. However, I was left sitting for quite a while alone with no explanation or even a magazine to look at. Sinead was obviously busy and running a bit late doing a colour but I think someone should have come and spoken to me to tell me that. Just a little more service would be good, I had not been to a salon for a long time so I was looking forward to a bit of a pamper!
