I always feel at ease walking into the salon, always friendly and attentive, James has been my hairdresser for over a year and knows exactly what I want, this time was like no other, I was initially wanting to lighten my hair with highlights but after talking to James he suggested a balayage instead and it is exactly how I imagined I wanted it to be.
