The worst experience of my life since my inception with this branch. No friendly customer experience. No meet and greet. Cut my fringe completely different to what I explained and showed in the pictures. Will never use him again. Customer favouritism. Seemed rushed. Unprofessional. This was my experience with this stylist the first time and the last time. Doesn’t listen to customer and does his own thing. I called beforehand as well to allow enough time. The worst hairdresser in my life. On this occasion no stars for 5 things below. I don’t think I should have paid. I have been with this salon over 20+ year.
