I may not have the stylist’s name correct, my apologies. Everything was good except it was a bit expensive and my root colour is much darker than expected ie it was not matched properly to my natural colour. I am Asian with black hair and the colour needs to be a brown for it not to come out very dark black which does not look natural and doesn’t blend well. I explained this during the consultation so am not very happy with it being so dark after paying so much as well. I felt this needed a bit more attention to detail, though a brown colour was used it has turned out still too dark black, very thoroughly done and my hair otherwise looks great. Those of us with black hair are not all the same.
Otherwise the salon was nice, colour, wash and cut were done well without taking excessive time and staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend but I’m not sure if I’d come back for myself as I am disappointed with the colour result.
