Colour service from Louis was great as usual but serious issues with the salon reopening after a refurbishment before it’s finished.
There were no toilet facilities available for customers or staff to use! This is completely unacceptable and goes against health and safety law and requirements.
If I’d been informed in advance then I would’ve rescheduled my appointment.
I emailed head office on 14th November whilst at the salon and still no response. Absolutely disgraceful.
