I attended my appointment at 5:15pm and was seen by a young girl named.
During the consultation Staff and I discussed cutting my hair tight around the sides. Staff stated that my hair is already short around the sides and that Nicky Clarke does not use clippers in a very patronizing and insulting manner – she was implying that they are not regular street barbers that use clippers. My reply was that I don’t use hairdressers that apply clippers and have always attended Nicky Clarke or Tony & Guy. From then on she held no conversation and her facial expressions portrayed frustration and annoyance.
Whilst cutting my hair using scissors and a comb near my left ear area I felt the scissor blades touching/scraping my ear at an angle. I did not move as this was happening as I thought to myself, well I’m at Nicky Clarke – they know what they’re doing, t
