First time having the LVL lashes and they are fab, as is Ellie!

This is the salon I go to on a regular basis however the novelty never wears off. Great atmosphere, great staff and even greater hair!!

Came to the salon as my mum is a regular there...was not disappointed. Had a proper conversation about what I wanted/needed from the cut, and had a thickening hair treatment which has made my hair look and feel much fuller.

Would go back for a colour if I didn't have to head back home on Thursday morning.

Emily was great. Took the time at the beginning to really understand what I liked and disliked about my hair so I felt confident that she understood what I would like and was able to give advice.

She was also really knowledgeable about styling, giving hair style tips which is always super helpful!

If you feel that you need a confident pair of hands, then this is a great place!

I popped in on the off chance of getting a manicure done, Ellie luckily had availability and gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had. It was relaxed and friendly, but at the same time so professional. My nails and hands look gorgeous! I will be back soon.

Emily is the most caring hair stylist I have ever been to, she takes time to listen to what you actually want, has an eye for colour and does a great cut.

Emily is my hairdresser and i wouldn't change her for the world . If i have any questions i know she will answer with tact and honesty. A truley wonderful hairdresser and a future top manager or even possibly with backing owner of her own salon.

My first visit to Saks. I had a Gel Manicure. The therapist, Suzy, was delightful. The manicure was excellent. I took up the first visit 50% off offer. I think, without that, the manicure would have been a tad expensive at £30

SAKS is my favourite salon and by far the best pedi I’ve ever had. The staff are friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much bother for them. The pedi itself is really well done and the gel polish lasts longer than any other I’ve had.

This is such a great place to get my haircut. Friendly welcome on arrival. Hair wash is a very relaxing experience. Always offered a drink. James cuts my hair and is always chatty and really good company. All in all a very enjoyable experience. I woukd recommend to all.

Greeted with wine didn’t have to wait long, felt like I had know James for years with his great humour and service. I’d like to also add the salon looks great, and the lighting which was improved recently look is so much better.

Fantastic cut as normal from James.. Most hairdressers I've come across are scared to cut curly hair but not James who always cuts and dries it just as I like it :) worth the journey from Redditch to Kenilworth..

Recommended by my mum after having some bad previous experiences. From the phone call to book the appointment to the experience itself all was fantastic. Lovely and friendly staff and Emily put be right at ease and made me feel confident in that she can bring my damaged hair back to life. Lovely experience! Will definitely be back!
