James has cut my hair a few times now, but up until now my most emotional haircut was just before my hair began to fall out from chemotherapy. He cut it into a lovely, short shape that made me feel so pretty (even if it didn’t last long). It’s the little things that matter the most, I think. The staff in this salon do their best to welcome you and make you feel special from the moment you walk in - you can tell they really care. Today, I had my first haircut since it started to grow back wild and curly - completely different to my previous hairstyle. I was feeling a little self conscious of it and it just didn’t feel like ‘me’. Now it’s in more of a shape and feels lighter on my head. I’m intrigued to see how it grows- but I’m very happy with it now as it takes its own sweet time to grow back. I would definitely recommend and I have done before :)

Having had semi permenant lashes for a little while now, I fancied trying something new that was less maintenance and didn't break my natural lashes ... The results of LVL's at Saks by Ellie were amazing and such lovely, fabulous service . Thank you ????

Perfect colour and cut. A lot of hairdressers don't get Curley hair but Emma gets it just right.

Great hairdressers from the staff to the cut you just can't fault Saks. Highly recommended I wouldn't go any where else.

Finally, a hairdresser who knows how to cut my hair properly! James explained how he was going to shape the style and that it would be a work in progress, while waiting for the layers put in by a previous stylist (at a different salon) to grow out more. Really pleased with the shape and it blow dries fabulously at home! Great value for money on the new client special offer. Will definitely be back!

Great experience yet again at Saks Kenilworth, Emily coloured my hair and Laura cut it. They are both so professional, listen to what you want and do a brilliant job. On top of that they are so friendly. Really enjoy my time in the Salon.

Had LVL lashes done today and although I’m not one to complement myself they look great made such a difference. Ellie was brilliant as ever and the staff st Saks make you feel really at home.
Laura and Ellie always send me out looking better and it’s like catching up with friends every few months highly recommend.

I visited Saks for the first time today and had a great experience! After not having had my hair cut or coloured in months, I was a little worried about how it would come out but Emily did a fantastic job with the colour and it blended really well. Laura did a lovely cut too and I was given a discount of £25 as it was my first visit. Will definitely be returning! :)
