Had to go back to get my haircut fixed. Had loads of split ends after the first time but didn't see it until I got home as the hair was styled. The length of my hair was also more than an inch off on different sides of parting. I was also told by a woman (who seemed to be one of the owners) that she'd never recommend a layered cut like mine to anyone with fine hair like myself... Which is exactly the opposite to ALL OTHER hairdressers who have told me layers are perfect to people with fine hair because they give lift. They have no idea what they are doing! Never going back even if it was free
