I had an unusual experience with Toni and Guy, in that I wasn't 100 per cent happy with a cut I had received. As it was the first time the stylist had cut my hair, I think the main issue was probably down to me not communicating properly what I hoped to achieve. But either way, Toni and Guy invited me back in, made a few adjustments to the cut (free of charge) and we have settled on a 'plan' to get my hair closer to what I want it to be over the next few months.
Obviously you can't stick hair back on to a head, but Tim and Co were extremely keen to make me feel better about my haircut. And I did! Great customer service.
