Excellent customer service today from Izzie and your junior stylist team. I don’t know the name of the lovely girl who usually washes my hair, but she’s always very gentle, patient, and personable! Lovely to see Felix in person today too. He’s very professional and gave a great first impression. (I’m awful at writing reviews!) Best of luck and thanks again!
