I had my first appointment at Napier’s recently.... the last time Iwas there was 8 years ago before I moved from Paisley. The receptionist was just lovely... really welcoming and informative and with a great sense of humour.
After informing my stylist ***** that I wanted, a graduated bob again ...which was evident in my hair although with growth on it as it had been about 12 weeks since my last cut...***** then went on to cut and layer my hair nowhere which would give me the style I clearly stated! I had taken time over months to grow the front of my hair for thickness and fullness and she took it away... then the back ...most important area for graduation ...had none? Very very disappointed and felt I got nothing I asked for!
