Donna is fantastic! Least painful and fastest wax ever. Always friendly and professional. I can be a bit anxious at a new salon but she made me feel relaxed and calm.

Jamie is relatively new to this company but she is very experienced within the industry. I found her to be highly skilled and knowledgeable, friendly, and highly capable of fine tuning the work to my specific needs. These included my right shoulder, neck and lower back. The degree of pressure was excellent and the aromatherapy oils used were great. I will certainly return. I felt totally relaxed, comfortable and at peace - excellent experience

Had a lovely full pedicure and gel polish this morning with Donna. I don’t usually have a pedicure but decided to for my holiday. Donna was lovely and friendly. I had an amazing massage, I’ve been to Oundle House of Beauty twice recently and I love it there. I’d describe it as a small boutique salon in a charming character property. Both massages I’ve had have been deep and somewhat painful but honestly have the best results I’ve seen. I wouldn’t change it at all.

I’ve been going to the Oundle salon for several years for eyelash tinting, facials and occasional massages. It’s always a great experience with knowledgable and attentive staff. The stairs are a little steep if you have mobility issues.

I was really looking forward to this massage at it had been a long whole since I'd had one and I'd had a lot of tension in my shoulders. I was not disappointed as Donna was an excellent therapist who put me at ease and really worked through all of the knots I had. I was in such a state of relaxation afterwards, it really was amazing. The Jane Iredale make up is a fantastic skincare make up range.
Beautician and venue was lovely but the result of the eye lash tint was rubbish. Even with more tint on one set, two days later it was like nothing had been done at all. A complete waste of money sadly.
We are sorry you were disappointed with the result of the treatment even after the therapist reapplied the tint. It can be very rare that the tint did not take to your lashes as we have completed this service regularly and have had no other issues with other the tint treatments conducted, but we have taken this into account and will review the procedures.
We are happy that you thought the venue and the therapist were lovely though and will pass these comments onto the therapist.
