Went for a cut and colour, first time as new in the area. What a terrible cut I got, asked for a blunt cut, never got it, asked for fringe curtain bangs, you'd of thought a 3 year old had cut my fringe, what an absolute state! My colour washed out after 1 wash! When I went in to get my hair checked over after being told I would be refunded if they thought the cut was not right, all I got was it was my fault as I told them I was happy after leaving the salon on the day I got it done, as it was styled nice and my colour was fresh at the time, and there was nothing wrong with it now. Basically just denied the state of my hair. In the end it cost me double to get my hair put right at another salon. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
