My first visit to Tao salon today. My appointment scheduled for 11am was rearranged due to a staff member being off sick. I entered the salon at 4.30pm. The staff worked tirelessly on my hair for four hours to transform it from a long bale of straw with two inches of dark root regrowth into a multi toned Icelandic blonde with a mirror shine. No straighteners used (impressive). I now have a perfect fringe and the length of my hair was reshaped to flatter my face. The staff appear passionate about the service they provide. I would like to thank Janine and Hannah for their hard work and dedication while working on my hair. I left the salon at 8pm after finding out that it was not a late opening today. Thank you Jane for making me laugh so much (salon owner). I cant wait to come back.
