Hi my daughter a student saves to come to Emma who she loves doing her hair for the last year . Emma has cut and slighly curled my daughters hair today, got home a realised as the curls have settled that its a tad too long, she rang back for her to try and nip back and cut a bit more off the bottom at Emmas convenience and the receptionist (not Emma) has said she needs to re book and pay agin £40.00 she cant afford this and is now very upset. The receptionist did not ask Emma, just told my daughter no and to re book
Thank you Kate for your feedback. I want to let you know our staff member wasn't implying an extra charge just explaining that there wasnt enough time to recut your hair that day. I understand that wasn't clear.
I have spoken to our staff member and understands how her comments would have been perceived.
