I found Katie experienced, personable and very welcoming. I hadn't a clue what to do with my hair, she gave me great options and really helped me. After she had finished, I absolutely loved my hair and they were all her suggestions. I'll definitely be coming back to Katie and Jo & Cass again. Thankyou so much
