Naomi Waite Aesthetics

I booked my first Hollywood Wax at Naomi Waite before my holiday, and I don't think I would ever walk through the doors again.
The girl who did the treatment was lovely, however didn't seem to know what she was doing. Although I paid for a Hollywood, she only attempted a Brazilian (in terms of the areas she tried to wax). Additionally, she said that the labia couldn't be waxed and proceeded to pluck this area, without holding my skin down. So after wincing for about 40seconds she suggested she leave this area and I shave it afterwards.
After leaving the salon, I still was covered in wax and walking to my car wearing jeans was painful. I spent the remainder of the day trying to remove the excess remaining wax after contacting a different salon for advice.
Upon arriving home and actually looking at what she had done, there were patches everywhere.
