Hannah always has the time and enthusiasm to help with decisions. She has been doing my hair for a number of years and has really understood what my hair needs and knows how to work her magic on it. She truly is a gem and is very talented, respectful, thoughtful and a delight. Hannah always makes me happy and the amazing comments I receive are a testament to her.

I went to see Natalie for the first time and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Natalie listened to what I asked for and fully understood. She was very efficient, attentive and a lovely person. She is a very talented hairstylist and I couldn’t be more happy with the end result, I will definitely be visiting her again next time.

I have been coming to Jo & Cass to have my haircut with Rachel many years. Recently I’ve started to bring the young adult I help care for with many disabilities with me. I can’t thank all the staff there for making him feel so special. He loves coming for haircut and has gained so much confidence because of the attention all the staff give him especially Rachel.

L always enjoy my time spent in Jo & Cass salon. All the staff are friendly, professional and ensure customers are the focus of the salon experience.

As usual a lovely experience with the gorgeous Graham and his friendly team. Came out looking and feeling years younger than when I went in!!

I moved work location so getting to J&C was difficult, after trying a few alternatives I’m back. The whole experience was relaxing, the salon has a nice vibe. Danielle definitely understands my hair, alway a brilliant cut.

Brilliant as usual … one small bit of feedback for young apprentice who dried my hair, just took a bit long, think I timed it as 25 mins, and was on a cool setting!!he was lovely but as I had been in already 2 and half hours it was just a bit too long for me … I wanted to get the hairdryer turn it onto heat and just finish it off myself… but all round great service

First time with Ellie what a lovely friendly person she is, great cut she was really helpful in suggestions and did a great job.

Jade and Graham did my hair, jade did my tints and shimmers and it's beautiful fabulous colour I love it.
Graham did Cut and blow. Would never let anyone else Cut my hair.

Was so lovely to be looked after by Danielle who took years off me by giving me a sharp new bob, split ends gone and sone very flattering shimmering high lights. My hair looked exactly how I’d imagined it would! Danielle just gets what you want, she listens and then does her very best every time. Danielle really cares and wants you to be happy with your hair. She leaves your hair looking natural and in excellent condition. Thank you Danielle!!!

It’s so friendly I utterly trust my stylist- lyndsey- - always feel good leaving ! I always Make sure i rebook before leaving - my stylist is part time and very popular . Would never go anywhere else!

On my first trip to your salon, I booked on line and chose Samantha. Really please with my Restyle and Samantha was really lovely and helped advise on cut. Would defiantly book again and recommend.

The service was generally good and I am happy with the results, its too expensive though and the stylist whom i forgot her name was persistant in doing certain things that i disliked she should do what i instruct her not what she wants !!

Very friendly and consultation at the start was very thorough. She followed exactly what I wanted throughout and I loved the end result! Overall salon was clean and other staff were very friendly and helpful too. A very enjoyable experience.

I had my highlights done yesterday,the colourist was Danielle,who is excellent can really recommend her, very knowlegible about colour.The stylist was Graham the owner who is a brilliant cutter and stylist,would not go anywhere else!!
