It was my birthday present, premium package treatment...I guess that was not enough for Mettyears staff to create an excting atmosphere for me. In short: service level is very low, pool needs a thorough clean, my hair appointment from the 250£ package was just forgotten. Cafe was not working on the day (and i stayed there from 10.20 to 3.30) and at the end I was completely forgotten by everybody and silently just walked away. On a different note the beautician Becci was as helpful and professional as you can be when you are overbooked. Apart from her amazing magical hands I wouldn't like to come back or recommend this place.
Hello Victoria thank you for your review, at the time of your booking we had sent you a message to inform you of the hair appointment needed organising as your other treatments had taken priority that day. Unfortunately we was not informed that this was for your birthday and upon walking in the lady on reception was already on the phone with another client. She did acknowledge you arriving and said she wont be a moment.
Our hydrotherapy spa area is always kept to a satisfactory sterile standard for every customer, if there was any particular areas of concern from yourself we would have been more than happy to rectify, the water itself is tested twice a day to maintain correct parameters.
Our cafe is only available for afternoon tea which is pre-booked, this was offered at the original time of booking and also stated on our webpage.
This feedback has come as a complete shock to us as we always have rave reviews from our packages. I can only apologies that you feel this way from your experience.
