Tried to rebook colour appointment and for 3 days could not get through via their call centre, when I did I was charged £30 for not giving them 24 hours notice, when I raised my concerns I was put through to their customer service department who hung up on me whilst on hold and no call back. sorry Lorraine, you are a superb colourist, and Toni & Guy have now lost a loyal customer of over 10 years as I have had such dreadful customer service for what is supposed to be a premium salon.
