I really like the salon and had been their client for many years, as well as my son and my husband. Last time I went to refresh my roots. Chloe rushed to get the job done without asking the right questions. She has assumed that I wanted dark roots when I wanted highlights. Chloe didn’t apologise but instead argued that it was my fault not explaining very well what I really wanted. She did try to recover my hair in the end but the result was much darker that I would have hoped and the mood was spoiled. Will not be back for her.
