Tonight I was charged £47 for a cut and blow dry for my teenage daughter, and yet when I made the appointment, I was told it would cost me £37, to which I agreed. I am very disappointed that Hobs did not keep to their word, and that trust has been undermined. You have customers for whom £47 is nothing, but for a single mother like me, it is quite a lot of money, and as a customer, it is a basic expectation that you keep to your word.
