The salon staff are aiways welcoming which creates a pleasant atmosphere.
The new owners have lost some of the individual touches which made the salon special. No tissues available in front of customers, no fabric towels, no fresh coffee and no magazines.
The prices have been increased several times since covid but theses are costs which have been saved.
I am a loyal customer who continues to support the staff I have known for many years. I feel no loyalty to the owners.

Firstly, thank you for the feedback we appreciate the time it takes but it helps us going forward to look into area's clients may have issues with.
Your points are valid but I would like to reassure you that we do have access to magazines for all our clients. It is through a digital format and on your next appointment if you wish, the girls on reception will happily talk you through this.
We are also still offering fresh coffee made from coffee beans, so I apologize if you didn't receive this on your last appointment. Having a fresh coffee is normally one of the first offerings to our clients so once again i apologize if this wasn't the case.
During the height of Covid we decided (like many other salons) to use disposable towels to ensure every client gets a clean fresh towel which is 100% biodegradable, more hygienic and means we have less laundry to do, meaning the staff are on the salon floor more.
