Today I went to headromance for a cut and colour - totally disappointed.
I telephoned on Monday for an appointment to have my hair coloured. I was unimpressed with the lack of professionalism regarding not being asked basic questions when booking the appointment such as: what colour is my hair (very dark brown, nearly black) and what colour I wanted on my hair (purple).
This resulted in an insufficient appointment slot being allocated to me. I realise now I could have mentioned that my hair may need to be bleached however I am not the expert hair stylist and I would expect the hairdresser to decide if my hair needed bleaching. These basic questions should have been asked so that the hair stylist knew what to expect.
I was booked with ***** (apparently the most experienced and expensive stylist) as she was the only one available. I even came in for a skin test on Monday so they could see my current hair.
Admittedly today ***** explained there was not enough time to do my hair properly so she suggested rebooking but I'm going on holiday tomorrow hence wanted my hair done today.
My hair was coloured (without being bleached hence the colour did not really take and looks no different) and trimmed costing £95. No compensation or further apology was offered.
Not impressed. I'm never going back there again and I recommend you don't either unless you want to waste time and money.
I expected more from a reputable business.
