Where do I even begin I had my hair coloured by ***** and it’s completely ruined it he put a ashy grey toner on, which he never asked me if that’s what I would like. It turned my hair a grey colour and also had purple tones going through it, I also had a hair cut which looks like he hacked into it as wasn’t a straight line was all Over the place at the back if only I could submit photos on this review you would be shocked. I asked him for my money back as I paid £140 for that or to at least fix it for me. No offer of fixing it for me all he said was it will wash out in a few weeks £140 to be told that is Disgusting he was very insulting the way he tried to insult me with his other staff stood there saying it’s his witness. Witness for what when I told him I didn’t like it instead of sitting me in the chair and asking me what I didn’t like about had me standing at reception where every one could hear our conversation should of been a private matter, but did not care less. I’ve had to go to another salon to have it fixed, which has cost me again but I was so embarrassed to walk around like that I had no other option. The other salon said the cut was a disgrace, wasn’t level and the colour she could not understand why he did it that colour, and also made it very blocky. If he had anything about him he would of refunded me or offered to fix it just warning people that salon they aren’t as qualified as they make out If I had my choice I wouldn’t give one star if only I could attach photos to this review.
