I have medical issues which mean having my hair washed and blow dry is painful so i was really pleased to find a salon that would do a dry cut...i sat for twenty mins and waited...only to be told by the stylist she couldnt possibly wirk on hair that hadnt been washed for a couple of days...the way she plucked at strands of my hair as she said this was deplorable...why say you can do something if you cant!!
