This was my first visit to this salon and it was part of a Christmas gift.
I booked the appointment online well in advance but was telephoned the day before to ask if I would change the time, which didn't suit me but agreeing to make it half an hour later. Following arrival I was seated and then left waiting for 20 minutes. The salon was very busy and clearly overbooked. My stylist kept disappearing and seemed to be trying to do everyone else's jobs rather than focusing on her client. She was clearly rushing and treated my head quite roughly. I also found her attitude rather patronising, treating me as though I'd never had my hair cut before and wouldn't have a clue how to style. it. I was happy with the cut but not with the service and as a result didn't feel it was good value. I doubt I will return.
