This just looks awful and will have to go and have it done somewhere else. I really am disappointed paid £50 and possibly the worst haircut I have ever had.

We wish you had said something at the time but understand this can sometimes be awkward or you don’t notice these things until after you have left the salon. We don’t want anybody to leave our salon less than 100% satisfied. Ever.

If you - or anybody - isn’t 100% satisfied with your cut or colour by the end of an appointment, please don’t ever be embarrassed to let your Stylist know. Client satisfaction is something we take very seriously at David Masters Salon. Even if your Stylist can’t fully resolve the matter immediately because they have other clients scheduled in, they will welcome you back in at the first opportunity to put things right for you at no extra cost.

We are not satisfied until you are satisfied.
