I thought the actual service was fine but what I am disappointed with is when I called to actually make the booking on the day I was not told it was cheaper to book a same day colour and toner separately rather than the ‘tone & go’ on top of that my son’s hair cut booking had disappeared. The actual service was fine but I would rather have left a larger tip than have been overcharged or I’ll advised. It’s a shame as it leaves a sour taste and bad reputation on the company.
