She did try to do good job, that was clear, but unfortunately the result wasn't 100% as I wanted , or close to excellent outcomes of prior two initial occasions, in part perhaps I wasnt completely clear enough of emphasis on system shape to my front my head & my hairline so therefore my preferences or how didn't want my own hair cut too thin and risks cutting too much of my own hair may ruin result as well as taking too kuch hair from sides of system. Manager offered to fix in two weeks and with direction am sure, hoping will be corrected as quite upset today. Everyone deserves a second chance and I trust Jelena and management will fix it all they are very pleasant and place is lovely.
