it was the worst service i have ever gotten., when i first arrived i talked to the owner of the salon and said i didn't use vella before and he said "we'll adjust the color", especially i paid for the supervisor to set the color. The woman applied wella number 5 to her highlighted blonde hair, almost black, she covered all my highlites, now my hair will not straighten out even if I dye it elsewhere.
I'm so angry that I want to complain to an official authority
