Facial felt lovely afterwards. The spoiling factor is that the treatment room is very cold which spoilt the experience. I think if the room is that cold then the blankets should be warmer, softer and cosier of which they were not.
Hello Linda, Sad to hear that you were slightly cold within your treatment. Please make sure you let your therapist know this throughout the treatment as we do have heated blankets and duvets that can be adjusted to your personal requirements. The therapist are there to make you feel relaxed and comfortable and to ensure they look after you properly we need to know how you are feeling throughout your treatment.
