Absolutely awful! Firstly, I was not asked at the beginning how I would like the massage to be done, so I had to point out that I would prefer only neck and shoulders to be concentrated on. Secondly, massage took only 20 min and when I asked why ***** was quite abrupt saying that I was late because I went to the toilet and she had got back to back clients so could not spend more time with me. The fact that I was waiting for her in the room was not considered. Also, being a regular client I don’t remember the length of treatment was ever dependable on me being late. When I had my massage with Emma we started 10 min late and I was given full 30 min.
Thirdly, ***** did not seem professional enough and I left the treatment with a continuous pain in my shoulder which was never he case in the past with other therapists. In rope of that she did not wash her hands before the procedure which did not add any comfort.
Very disappointed and hope to never experience such a dreadful treatment again.
