A very upsetting and expensive experience. I was very clear about what I wanted, however the hairdresser seemed to think that she knew my hair better than I do. I clearly said that I wanted 1.5 inches cut off my hair. I didn't want it so short that it would be shoulder length. And I didn't want short layers. The hairdresser agreed and said that it would look like two different haircuts.
After my visit I have shoulder length hair and layers that are too short. Exactly what I didn't want.
Although the hairdresser seemed very competent, she just didn't want to do what I had asked. If I hadn't been clear about what I wanted then I wouldn't be writing a bad review. However, that is not the case. The hairdresser just thought that she knew best and ignored what I wanted. When she had finished she even said that she would like to cut even more hair off. It took more than 2 years to grow my hair so I am very very upset with the result.
Apart from that the place seemed clean, but disorganised. There seem to be a lot of staff standing around the desk chatting but doing very little - for example it took 3 people around the computer to book my appointment. While at the appointment, there were 4 different staff members stepping over each other and me in the search for a neck rest for the lady next to me.
