I had a hair consultation I felt the place was immaculate, clean and very tidy. At the consultation I felt pressured into buy products from them and was gave the impression that they wouldn’t deliver service unless I brought the products. I was also told if I brought the products elsewhere they would be fake. They also said I need several treatments before they would colour my hair resulting in £600 being spent before they would even colour my hair. They also said my hair was very damaged but after having other hair consultation with several other hair salons the other salons said my hair was very healthy.
