Following my last experience 4 years ago, which wasn't good, I decided to give another go.
This time round I felt really welcomed, staff all friendly. Got a lovely welcome bag and a free blow dry as a new client. A lovely touch. Thank you Gemma and will look forward to my next booked appointment.
